How it works
You order
Pay by card or TWINT, or by invoice. You receive the list of documents to provide.
You send your figures and documents
The backup file of your assessment (“Save a file” button) and your supporting documents, via SwissTransfer, Infomaniak's free transfer service hosted in Switzerland.
We check
Each data point is matched against at least one document. Totals and conversions are recalculated. We send our questions by email.
We talk it through
A 45-minute video call to go over discrepancies, corrections and ways to improve.
You receive the verified report
A signed PDF with “Verified” status valid for 12 months, within 10 working days of receiving all documents.
The documents we ask for
Documents you already have. A data point without supporting evidence stays at the “declared” level, and the report says so.

What “verified” means
- Each published data point is matched against at least one supporting document.
- Calculations (energy, emissions, rates) are redone with the factors of the published method.
- Discrepancies are corrected with you before signing.
- It is not an audit: there is no site visit and no assurance under ISAE 3000.
Confidentiality
Your documents are used for the verification only. They are shared with no one and deleted no later than 90 days after the report is delivered, or sooner on request. You decide who receives the report.
A rating you can share
For 12 months, you may show it on your website, in offers and in questionnaire answers, for example “Tilka rating C, verified, financial year 2025, code TLK-2026-0001”. Your customers can find it in our public register.
