Pricing questions
How does payment work?
By card or TWINT on a secure payment page (Stripe), with a receipt by email. Companies can also ask for an invoice with a Swiss QR code: write to us.
What happens after I order?
You receive the list of supporting documents we need and a secure upload link. The full process is described on the Verification page.
What if my documents are not enough?
We tell you exactly what is missing. A data point that cannot be supported stays at the “declared” level in the report, and this is clearly stated.
Is the verified report an audit?
No. Tilka checks your figures against your supporting documents. For assurance under ISAE 3000, you need a licensed auditor.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in Swiss francs, without VAT: Tilka is not currently registered for VAT.
