Privacy policy
Version of 29 October 2026This policy explains which personal data Tilka processes and why, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
1. Controller
Sébastien Potet (S. Potet Advisory), Länggassstrasse 68, 3012 Bern, Switzerland. Contact: hello@tilka.ch.
2. In short
- No user account, no tracking cookies, no analytics tool.
- Fonts are hosted on our own server: no request is sent to Google or any other third-party service when you visit.
- The figures entered in the assessment do not leave your device.
3. The assessment
Data entered in the assessment is processed only in your browser. The draft is saved in your device's local storage so that you can continue later. It is neither transmitted to nor accessible by Tilka. You can delete it at any time with “Clear all” or by deleting the site data in your browser. The backup file and the PDF report are saved on your device.
4. Visiting the website
Our host, Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland), keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to ensure the security and operation of the website. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
5. Contact form and emails
Messages sent through the contact form (name, company, email address, optional phone number, message) are received by our provider Form.taxi (Austria, servers in the European Union) and forwarded to us by email. Our email is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. We use this data only to answer your request and, if you become a customer, to deliver the service. It is kept for no more than 24 months after the last exchange, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
If you sign up for the annual reminder on the assessment page, we receive your email address and the month your financial year ends in the same way. We use them only to send you this reminder once a year. You can unsubscribe at any time by simply replying, and we then delete your address.
6. Orders and payment
Card and TWINT payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland). Tilka has no access to your card details. We receive your name, email address, the amount and the payment status. Accounting records (invoices, receipts) are kept for ten years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations.
7. Report verification
If you order a verified report, you send us your figures and supporting documents, for example via SwissTransfer (Infomaniak, Switzerland). These documents are used only for the verification, are shared with no one and are deleted no later than 90 days after the report is delivered, or sooner on request. The delivered report is kept with the invoice.
Once the verified report is delivered, the rating is listed in the public register on tilka.ch: company name, town, letter, financial year, code and expiry date. No detailed figures are shown.
8. Transfers abroad
Our providers process data in Switzerland or in the European Union, whose legislation Switzerland recognises as providing adequate protection. Stripe may transfer some data to the United States: these transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by law.
9. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to hello@tilka.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
10. Changes
This policy may change as the service evolves. The version published on this page applies.
